How do you take care of my orders production?

All of our products are made on demand by order. In some special cases we might have some products already produced.

The personalised items will always be made on demand.

How long is my delivery going to take?

After you've made your purchase on our website your order is automatically sent to our manufacturer to be processed. 

For orders shipped from our Europe location to a European destination, the average delivery time is 5-10 business days after fulfillment. The average delivery time for orders shipped from our Europe location to non-EU regions is 10-20 business days.

Keep in mind that on average orders shipped to EU destinations can be delivered even faster!

The same goes if you are living in US with our US location.

 

How long is the fulfillment time?

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. 

 

Can I customize my own designs at your website?

Yes, in some products you will have that option available. On others, you can request us by email or chat. Keep in mind that YOU ARE responsible for your own designs and that you must have the copyrights to use the designs you want to upload.

We are not responsible for your own designs.

 

Do you offer Fast Shipping?

Yes, in some products we have this option. If you don't find this option, and you would like to pay for it, just send us a message or an email.

 

Do you ship Internationally? And from where?

Yes we do, from EU or US, depending on where you want your product to be delivered. In special cases, we can ship from our Asia partners.

 

Why did I get a tracking number with only a part of my order?

Sometimes we send orders in separate packages because we ship as soon as your items are finished being produced, but the different items are not always ready at the same time. Depending on the products chosen we will also ship from different production facilities. 

 

Is there a customer service number I can call?

We do not currently have a dedicated phone line for customer service. Please email us through the contact page on the website, or send us a message on our social media pages or by chat at our website in order to receive prompt customer service. Include your order number in the email, if applicable, so we can quickly answer your questions.

 

How about duties and taxes (Customs)?

The payment of customs fees or duties is your responsibility and is due at the time of delivery. For more information on customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office.

These payments are not related with us, and we don't charge you this. The country of delivery is responsible for these taxes.

 

What is All over print method for products? 

All-over printing is a useful method to create striking and creative shirts. It's created by infusing a layer ink directly onto the fabric, therefore covering a bigger surface space than DTG printers. 

Due to our sublimation process, graphics may shift up to 2 inches when printed.  Also, you can expect some white streaks/creasing cannot be avoided with our sublimation process. These marks are most common under the arms of the garments and near stitching (sides, collars, shoulders, etc). 

 

Do all my items in orders always ship together?

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately, and also they can be shipped from different places.
